We pride ourselves on the service we give to our clients. We have grown by word of mouth. Each project is our calling card for the next.
Here is a selection of feedback we have received over the years.
"[Defining Beauty] is looking tremendous btw.
Toby, Mikey and Lucien have been sooo patient and helpful! We really appreciate their efforts."

Before starting work on our exhibition ‘Which Way North’, Factory Settings were independently described to us as the ‘Rolls Royce’ of exhibition build companies – and I couldn’t agree more. Their professional approach runs throughout the team from senior management to the crew on the ground and it is clear that courtesy, hard work and pride in their delivery are part of their core values.
It was an absolute pleasure to have Toby and his team working with us on site. The crew were natural problem solvers and working alongside them felt comfortable and integrated. The flow of communication on site and with Liam back at base was excellent and, on our tight time frame, essential for the successful outcome of the project. The finish of the build works was excellent and the exhibition looks fabulous.
The most impressive thing about Factory Settings was the true dedication to helping us achieve our vision. From initial budget discussions to site works, we genuinely felt that Factory Settings were working with us to effectively maximise our resources. As a client we felt valued and guided. Our project was challenging but at no time did we feel that it would not be achieved. Having the luxury of confidence was a huge benefit to our team and we would not hesitate to work with Factory Settings again.
"Finally, thank you again to the team for all of their hard work. We had really good feedback after the private view from both the design team and Camper and we're really pleased with how everything looks."

"I would like to thank you all for your hard work (and that of your teams) -which made the exhibition such a success.
It received 94,000 visitors which was 57% over target!
A great team effort!
I hope we can work together again in the future."
"I want to say a special thank you to yourself and the team for your work on [Wildlife Photographer of the Year] for the past two exhibitions. It has been a pleasure working with you all and a special mention to Jon and the team who have worked so methodically and thoroughly on this deinstallation"
"Just to say a huge thank you for delivering an amazing project on an almost impossible timescale. I guess that if you were asked how long it would take to build and install this you would have said 2 or 3 months ? being told that you only had 6 weeks and still taking it on was very brave, and I am hugely grateful that you accepted. It looks fantastic and everyone at Goodwood Racetrack is very pleased with the result.
The site crew are to be congratulated on building the pavilion to an excellent quality of workmanship in, what was at times, very unfavourable conditions (to put it mildly!).
Sam, you did an amazing job of pulling the whole build together. I am very grateful for your skill and patience, and your ability to find a solution to any problem thrown at you, and there were a few!"

"Thank you so much for all your work on this. We are all very happy with the results and I know the museum team really enjoyed working with your team on site and I really appreciate your input on developing the designs and also putting up with our additions and little last min changes here and there!"
Victoria & Albert Museum
"On behalf of the Trustees of the Victoria and Albert Museum, I write to express our sincere thanks to you for your work on our major autumn exhibition of 2014 that re-examined the work of one of Britain's best loved artists.
I am delighted to say the 'Constable: The Making of a Master' attracted over 99,500 visitors and was a great critical success, generating excellent feedback
from the public and enthusiastic press coverage. This success would not have been possible without your excellent build construction and finish, and your support of the project. We are deeply grateful to you for your time and contribution to this exhibition."
